2. For US Customers:

   • A prepaid return shipping label is provided for your first return or exchange, offering free shipping both ways.
   • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $11.95, deducted from your refund.
   • First-time exchanges are exempt from restocking fees and include a complimentary exchange label.

3. For International Customers:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   • Duties and taxes are not covered by Slim Calf Boots.
   • No restocking fee applies to international returns.

4. Conditions:

   • Items not returned in their original condition, or those without their original box, may incur an additional $15 charge.
   • Refunds are processed within 2-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
